青写真掛け軸 (Aojyashin Kakejiku) – translated as Cyanotype Wall Hanging – is an ongoing series of cyanotype works inspired by traditional Japanese hanging scrolls and Anni Albers’ abstract Wallhanging series.
Each piece is one of a kind, reflecting a quiet reverence for nature, its fleeting beauty, and the poetry of imperfection. Created by exposing cyanotype directly onto linen and hand-stitching with sashiko thread, the works bridge textile and photography, honoring both craft tradition and material process.
